Jewels and prints are sent by letter followed, the delivery costs amount to:

Larger creations such as decoration are sent by Colissimo, the delivery costs amount to:

Manufacturing and Shipping Time
The workshop does not have any stock: Each jewel is made by hand and to order.
the manufacturing time varies depending on the size of the order but also on the part to be produced. It generally takes 5 to 10 days before the receipt of his order for France and Europe and 15 to 30 days for international.
Service client
Pour toute demande de retour, veuillez adresser un mail à l'atelier au plus vite après la réception de votre commande ou vous référer au formulaire de contact en indiquant votre numéro de commande. Les retours sont limités à 14 jours après la réception de la commande, ce délai passé, l'atelier ne pourra malheureusement pas reprendre votre article. Une photo de l'article vous sera demandé si celui-ci a été endommagé lors du transport. Aucun retour ni remboursement ne sera effectué sur les créations uniques (commandes personnalisées, papillons à suspendre, bougies, les suspensions, cadres entomologiques, pyrogravures, cloches de verre...)
