Jewels and prints are sent by letter followed, the delivery costs amount to:
. 4.50 euros for France Métropolitaine ( Delivery is free in France for all orders over 99 euros)
. 7.00 euros for the rest of Europe
. 4.50 euros for overseas France
. 12.00 euros for the rest of the world
Larger creations such as decoration are sent by Colissimo, the delivery costs amount to:
. 8.50 euros for France Métropolitaine ( Delivery is free in France for all orders over 99 euros)
. 25.00 euros for the rest of Europe
. 16.50 euros for overseas France
. 50.00 euros for the rest of the world
Delivery by Mondial Relay
Mondial Relay ensures delivery to the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain
Regardless of the weight of your package, delivery costs amount to:

Manufacturing and Shipping Time
The workshop does not have any stock: Each jewel is made by hand and to order.
the manufacturing time varies depending on the size of the order but also on the part to be produced. It generally takes 5 to 10 days before the receipt of his order for France and Europe and 15 to 30 days for international.
Customer service
For any return request, please send an email to the workshop as soon as possible after receipt of your order or refer to the contact form indicating your order number. Returns are limited to 14 days after receipt of the order , after this period, the workshop will unfortunately not be able to take back your item. You will be asked for a photo of the item if it was damaged during transport. No returns or refunds will be made on unique creations (personalized orders, hanging butterflies, candles, suspensions, entomological frames, pyrography, glass bells, etc.)
